Having workied in higher education for more than 20 years, I have seen the challenges instutions face with trying to meet the needs of all stakeholders: learners, investors, donors, employees, Boards, parents, accreditors and the taxpayer. Keeping the educational product current and relevant depends on providing instructors with the knoweldge, training and suppport to deliver content to the ever changing and technologically diverse environments. Kate has a a Masters in Educational Technology degree and has done research on quality attributes in the design of online learning environments.
